Sunday~!

Wow! Yesterday was the first in a long time I have actually did over 10 thousand steps! I know right, and that was a tough one. It meant that I literally could not stop for the whole day.  I did my morning walk, then did my in house aerobics, and then when to the store and store and store!  By the time I got home, I was literally tired and ready for some down time. 

Today, I am body resting my muscles, but that does not mean I do not stop from moving as I have noticed with age, that when you sit to long the muscles are tired and it gets harder to wake up and move! SO keep moving as this helps the muscles to not get stiff and tight!  Sometimes we feel like our age is a deterrent on what we can or cannot do! I SAY THIS ALL IN YOUR MIND! If you want to fall into the trap of constantly saying "I  cannot do this or do that" then of course you will continue to stay "UNMOTIVATED"   so let me ask what do you want to do? All our choices are not easy ones, however; we are the ones driving the bus and steering the directions of our life and goals! 

Everyone has to find what works for him/her and then look inside of yourself for the strength can courage to push past the pain, the fear and anxiety of change to which everyone is afraid! YOU MUST STAND UP AND FIGHT AGAINST THE INJUSTICE OF WEIGHT LOSS! Only you control the speed to which you must endure the courage to move and fight! 


Today is my day should be your mantra for beginning the fight! Go with god and fight!

Saturday~

Well another fews have passed and I am starting to get the hang of this "FITBIT" thing! LOL, I love it has improved my mobility and mental functions, and is helping me to sleep better.  If you look at exercise then it becomes a chore? How many of you feel this way!  On the flip side if you look at exercise as a way to improve your sleep habits, eating habits, and for some "Love-life", and overall health it then becomes fun.  So when my fitbit throws a fit and says time to move and groove, I go to my boss's office and tell him time to step! AND we start stepping in place, one day we did the SALSA in the office that was way to funny!  BUT it is working not only for me but for others as well! 

I currently have my steps low, so I can get my body used to motion, and I believe it or not I have met this goal a few times and one of those times being TODAY!  All I can say is WOW! GO ME! How about you? Did you meet a goal today, and if not what is your challenge in meeting this goal?  Life is hard and sometimes we make it harder than it has to be, for example, to exercise or not to exercise, choosing a nutritious meal vs. fast food, which of course is the easiest food method, but at the same time the worst choice we can make.....me included!  

Each person has choice he/she can make, and ultimately you are your own worst enemy! I know first hand!  I lost over 50 lbs, and gained that plus back, due to lack of self control, and allowing my situation to control my habits!  SO we must learn to control our situations and not allow them to control us! 

Being BRAVE is hard, but not BELIEVING IN YOU IS THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO!
