Life~!

Good Morning Friends and Family!  I do know it has been quite awhile since I have written anything, and to this I am truly sorry, I am not able to write daily.

Today is my birthday , and OMG "I am going to be 60 in one year."  Life has been a struggle everyday since I have moved back to Wilmington with home, life and work, and each of us faces this daily. The question becomes how do you deal with daily struggles you are facing?  Do you feel it easier to succumb to the thoughts swirling around in your head, or you find it important to find a creative way to overcome the thoughts swirling around in your head?  It is perplexing to find your struggling day in and day out.  One thing to help you is find an outlet to destress.

Each person has an avenue they like to use for destressing, what types of tricks do you use to help you at the end of the day, week, and or sometimes hour?  I feel that, sometimes laughter, and song are the best way to handle stressful days.  I find something that makes me laugh and makes other laugh at the same time and this helps to alleviate the stress related cause.  For me I love to tell stories about my bubbies, and one thing I have learned over the years and not be afraid to talk about my size! This helps others to get know me as me and not some image of the world! How many are afraid to talk about their size and let others dictate on how  you feel about yourself!

Yelling at yourself does not help this only breaks down you self-esteem, and we are about building up your self-esteem!! So remember to not let that person tear you down....."YES YOU, I AM TALKING TO YOU"! It is okay, to fall down, and then pick yourself up and start over!  YES, changes are hard, and they are challenging everyday, however; REMEMBER YOU ARE STRONGER THAN  YOU THINK!  I know because I am stronger than I think as well!

Well I am taking one day at time and working to get myself back to where I need to be and this is the biggest challenge ever! However:  I am up to the challenge and will survive and move on! Let me know what challenges you are facing today, and lets formulate a game plan to overcome this challenge!

God Speed!
