Daily Challenges!

I do hope you all enjoyed last week, and the weekend, and you were able to find strength in the challenges were facing during the week.  I for one, did have some tough decision to make and challenges to face, and as always....but my faith in hand of the lord for the best possible solution.  As for my food challenges, well that is totally a different story, as  you all know!

So for me this week, I had a few setbacks with some food choices, however; I did not allow those choices to bring me down and beat myself up! I accepted the choices and moved forward with better choices for the remainder of the week. When one is doing a low carb food intake diet, it does seem like "bread, ice cream, cookies, and such are always lurking around the corner" haha! You all know what I am talking about! LOL!

The strength to walk away is the hardest strength in the world, however; once you do the cravings will subside and you become the winner, and alas you have lost a pound or two! So GO YOU!  It can be tough when you see your friends, co-workers eating this type of food and wonder how are they so damn "FIT", but at the same time you ask yourself are they healthy?, and only they know the answer to this question! SO we must learn to not compare ourself to others, and as this will only defeat us and then WE give up the fight!  Remember you are a winner in everything you do and thus the weight and food choices will become easier with time! I KNOW!

Trust and faith is the biggest factor you have in winning over the injustice of weight loss!
I have read so many articles on FB this past week, on how others are perceived by the world, and how they perceive themselves, and once they learned acceptance, the world began to accept them as well.  SO my question to you is how do you perceive yourself, and how are you going to overcome this perception?  Yes, you what are going to do to make the change?  I know you can and I believe in you! Just believe in yourself, and all things will happen!

God Speed!

Life~

Good Morning to all my fellow readers! I know it has been awhile since I have been stopped by and scribed a topic! Life has been very challenging to say the least, with many ups and downs, and turns. However; that should not stop us from taking control over the challenges we all face daily. I know that sometimes I allow my thoughts to take the helm and this can be disastrous to one's self esteem, and daily thought process!

With that being said I look back on life's journey and see all that I have accomplished and goals that I have met and hurdles I have jumped through! I know that each of us have to take control over the items that matter to each of us and we cannot allow others to control our happiness, and thought process, cause when we do then everything falls apart! I know first hand how that affects our emotional stability, which then causes us to make choices that are not in our best interest.

I know some of you are reading and going "yeah right" what does she know, unfortunately I do know from personal experiences how the choices we make affect our life's and those we love! For example I love food and this is my weakness, and when I am having a bad day or tough day the first thing I go for is "food", and this unfortunately is my weakness and my addiction! I know, I have the fatness to prove this!

Cause, if I did not eat those good cookies, chocolate bars and such, I would not be back the beginning of this journey!  I had stuck to my plan and stayed true to me I would have met my goal! But alas, I cannot cry over spilt milk, and I am my own worst enemy at this point and time in my life! How many of you feel the same way, and are you beating yourself up over this dilemma! Well you need to stop! the madness and find the strength to move past it! Remember  you are the driver and you have the power to change the direction of path you are stumbling down!

We all make excuses of I am to tired, I work way to much, and I just do not have enough time in the day!  WELL YOU NEED TO MAKE TIME! Life is way to short to keep living on the same self destructive path and then expecting to find results!  Find a friend a buddy that you can speak with on what your goals are and then reach for them!  Know I am here for those who are willing to take the challenge and find the peace they so deserve!

God Speed!
